β-Tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) is a bone replacement material with good biodegradability, biocompatibility and bone induction ability, which can form a close combination with bone. It is non-toxic, non irritating, non allergic, non mutagenic, non hemolytic, and does not damage biological tissues. It can form a solid chemical combination with bone, and is easy to shape. It is widely used in bone defect filling. The product specification meets the pharmaceutical industry standard of the People's Republic of China YY/T 0683-2008 Standard Specification for β-Tricalcium Phosphate for Surgical Implantation, and has been registered in the main document of the Center For Medical Device Evaluation, NMPA.
